its 145, and it sucks atm cuz no shadow tag, but i dont think its gonna be in OU with shadow tag

and excadrill is pretty much the biggest threat since it outspeed any pokemon w/o a scarf when theres a sandstorm (and there will always be one if u have an excadrill on ur team lol)
