I could technically get you any pokemon.

If I can travel to the destination (I've almost beaten the game so won't be too hard) would be the only way I can make it look legit. ><

I can make pokes with astouding detail and accuracy.

Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver - I can make these all that will GUARANTEE pass any legit check provided you don't ask me to do something like give moves they don't normally learn.
I create it, set the IVs to what you want (Usually Max) Set the EVs to what you want (max 252 per stat, max 510 total), set the gender, set the ability to what they can be in game, set to where aquired, etc etc etc (I can even give it your trainer ID if you like), then I generate a PID that fits all of the information we gave it.

Finally I create the poke, run it through a TrashBit Normalizer (to make sure its legit), then I legit test it. I can provide you with the printout of the legit test if you wish.

I can then give myself the poke and trade to you in game or set it up on my GTS and give you the IP, you will enter it into your games connection settings and enter the "Global Trade Station" as soon as you do it will download the poke to your party/box on your pc and its yours forever. I keep a copy of the pokemon I made but will not re distribute that same one without permission.

I CAN do Black/White pokes too... But the only method I can use to get them to you is by in game trading and my black and white isn't that far yet (I keep resetting), although I could be there shortly.
Unfortunately also in order to do it that way I have to do a slightly different method and can only give you a 95% guarantee it shows up legit.

He is correct I've made them for myself but no one else. So how about I make you a full party of your choice (6) and provide you with all the legit check proof and then
you tell me if they are satisfactory or not. If they are I will let you pay me your choice (for now) and also have you vouch in my profile.

If they aren't satisfactory you owe me nothing and no harm done.

(example if you say you want Special Attack and Speed to be max IVs but don't care about the rest, ill generate it like that... if you want them all maxed within game limits

e/ Perhaps the most important details people forget are the EV points. You have a max of 510 total and more than 252 in 1 stat is not beneficial. So distribute them to any stats of your choice
in incriments of 4 only (4/100/128/252/etc). You will either min/max 2 stats and put 6 points in something else or distribute mostly evenly. I like to buff up either specialattack/speed or attack/speed or defense/specialdefense for tank pokemon... Its really tempting to buff up HP but its usually not needed and takes away from your tanking ability or damage output.
You can also leave these at 0 if you want to train the pokemon yourself but you can NOT do that if its already level 100.
