twilight princess was alot of fun, its got some good replay value if u are able to make it past the 2 hours of talking at the beginning.

Monster Hunter tri can easily be played solo (you have the option to go online with others, but it's just as good without)

Also, I can see the future, and it says Skyward sword will be amazing.

secret of mana is on the virtual console, get that if you haven't played that

Ahem, now calming down... Secret of Mana may possibly be one of my favorite games of all time.

If you don't want Virtual Console... I would say something like, the Paper mario series (not sure if they have more than one for Wii)
I also heard Arc Rise Fantasia was a pretty good game... Rune Factory Frontier might be able to count as a RPG too..
I am sure I have others just blanking out right now XD
