i have never found one in any game and have played since rby and have had one game in every gen (at least 1)

its called action replay... (game shark for game boy advance tho?) code for every wild pokemon shiny LOL would have saved 133 hours and 15 minutes... he's insane

i had a legit edit: shiny* lol [had furry] sentret.
i found it in sapphire.
over in the long grass right after sailing east from whatever city has the bikes.
