any can use bows once they max out in bow skills
however...i'd say rangers and (if you want) armamentalists should use it.
and advanced vocation(s) can be gotten through quests, such as paladin in gleeba (top of the place).
You could just go to youtube and it practically tells you where/how on the tutorial (since they would explain it better than i can lol)
