lets say i action replay pokemon with maxed ivs and evs, will they stay maxed no matter what?
like if i want to train with an exp share to make it faster, will everything still be the same as i started?

Yes. Everything will remain the same indefinitely, unless you use the berries that lower it.

they lower if they're above the max and you put them in the pc i think

haven't played pokemon in a bit but i think only 2 stats can be 252.
