So i was thinking of using Smeargle because
it has Sketch and it says on Serebii that it
copies the last move permanently. I tried
this and it only copies till the battle is over.

Any good ides for an HM Slave or a pokemon
that can learn Strength, Fly,Cut and Rock Smash?

Something available in Soul Silver. Was thinking of Dragonite.

Skarmory can learn 3/4 of those, except for Strength i think

Nidoking could also work, except for the obvious Fly, but it does learn Surf!

Some others;

Furret- Cut, Surf, Strength, Whirlpool, Rock smash
Geodude- Strength, Rock smash, rock climb
Lickitung- Cut, Surf, Strength, Whirlpool, Rock Smash, Rock Climb
Gyarados- Whirlpool, Surf, Waterfall, Strength
Kingler - Cut, Rock Smash, Whirlpool, Surf, Strength

Hmm ill take a look at Tropius, the others i cant do because i need fly
since my pikachu has surf.
