beat the gym or w/e just dont know where to go x:!

Head to the flower shop(Near the gym if I'm not mistaken) and talk to one of the people, they'll give you a squirtbottle. Then head north of goldenrod and just continuously follow the path(You'll eventually end up in the national park, go through it and exit east) and keep going until you see a weird tree blocking your path. Spray it.

Doesnt it tell you right after you beat her?
"Now that you received the badge, you can now get the squirtbottle"
Something like that.
