Can i use the pokewalker to store a pokemon, then delete the file and create a new one
and transfer my pokewalker pokemon to the new file?

Hmm.. Did anyone try it yet? it seems to simple of a thing to leave unchecked by nintendo.

No nvm. I read the book (pg 32) and it says that pokewalker can only store data for one person.

It's a good idea, but your Pokewalker + game are linked(Which is why just getting the special jirachi automatically unlocks a course). So It probably resets Pokewalker data too.
