i wanna evolve my electabuzz and magmar and i want to evolve them when i can. where can i find the electrizer and magmotizer?

Electrizer: Wild Elekid (Post-National Dex; FireRed must be in GBA slot to encounter; more common in Pearl)
Magmizer: Wild Magby (Post-National Dex; LeafGreen must be in GBA slot to encounter; more common in Diamond)

Or if you have a japanese friend who attended the event for the Pokewalker, one of the courses you can obtain it on. He/she may/may not have some.

Worst case scenario, try going here and asking people if they have extras or trade an item for it.

Magmizer is at Route 214, on the higher level region.
