How do u know what IV's go with what pokemon?
Im making my swampeert but i dont know what his IVs should be.

IVs should always be 31 unless you want a specific Hidden Power and you want 0 speed if you're making a Trick Room team.

when i look at the pokemon's stats in game am i seeing iV"s? or EV's?
lastly if i put the evs and ivs i want no a lvl 15 mudkip and then evolve to last evolution will the things change?

At level 100, each IV = 1 stat, so 31 IVs = 31 stats at level 100. EVs are 4 = 1 stat, so at level 100, 252 EVs is 63 stats.

so is it a bad idea to set my ivs and evs and then lvl to 100?
or should i just make em lvl 100 now
which sorta makes pokemon pointl;ess for me lol
