I haven't played it in over 10 years.. I have no idea what the name was I'll post as much info as possible

Console : SNES
The game was in some sort of dungeon or dark prison, there were like slaves hanging from the walls by their hands almost crucified, you play as 1 character and you have like a shotgun and stuff... I really can't remember much but I'm dying to find it.. if anyone knows the name or a site where I can search games via scenarios please help

I think it was called Locked and Scammer.

I'm currently looking through the Gamespot list of SNES games to see if I can find it.
