The Down button on the D-pad of my NDS lite is not responding properly.. I have to press really hard on it for it to work.

Is there any way I can fix this problem?

It could be that some random stuff came under the button, you could try pressing the other directions to bring the down button up.... then try to blow whatever is in there out

Or you pressed it to hard and it could be broken. I happened to by

if you bought it rather recently.. call up # on box and see if others are having same issues... could be a recall or manufacturer issue

I own the game since Summer 2007, approximately.

I don't think anything is stuck under the D-pad, unless it's really small and I can't see nor blow it out. :S

I wonder if I should try to get a replacement for my D-pad somewhere and install it myself, :/
