my dad said the wii is like broken, he said it gives you the warning health thing at the beginning but no option to press A or w/e. i know there was some recent problems with the newest update, is that it? And will nintendo fix it for free?

Yeah.

The newest update was Nintendo's way of eliminating Homebrew, but it's been 'bricking' virgin Wiis, so to speak.

if you had the homebrew channel YOU JUST GOT BRICKED ( your wii will not work anymore and Nintendo will not repair for free since you have firmware )


EDIT: I have the homebrew channel but i just didnt update my wii.
