Just a note, I wouldn't advise giving Rampardos Leftovers.

It's defences are way too poor, so it's not going to get by anything without it basically dieing.

If you want it to survive a turn, your best bet is Focus Sash.
For damage, use Choice Band or Life Orb, and for speed use Choice Scarf

Oh, I get it, you ripped it straight off of Smogon.

Toxic was for the Choice Scarf set, bud. Since he can't hit walls too hard with Scarf, he has to hit them on the switch-in with Toxic. It's up to you, but I'd honestly sub it for Pursuit or Fire Punch.
