im playing ff crystal chronicles echos of time. it wont let me save. is this because its on an r4 or do i have to download it somewhere else?

I have a Edge card and i can save just fine. Try downloading a different version of the Rom or downloading a save state from a website and see if it can play off that. I am just guessing but if the save state works maybe you can overwrite it. Tell me what happens.

yes Romulation but make an account or you will not be able to download all you need. Also use www.GameFAQs.com and find the game you want and you can download game saves for all games.

That game has piracy protection.
If there isnt a firmware update for your R4 that bypasses it, you're out of luck.

theres no new firmware updates for r4, they went out of buisness, somewhere on romulation should have a piracy pass somwhere
