Yeah they can, but the cyclods is a much better flash card espically since the R4 stopped upgrading their firmware.

I hope you own those games that you are downloading legally.

yes because people buy games than buy a R4 just to download the games they already have...

Some do. They just don't want to carry all the games with them.
