Yeah there is one called DS Organize. Its a homebrew that has a lot of small fitures and internet browsing.

http://www.dragonminded.com/?loc=ndsdev/DSOrganize - this is their homepage. I would recommand downloading the "Birth Day Version" 3.1129 -- found all the way at the bottom of the page -- just because its more stable then the 3.2 version.
