Some games that I have on my flashcart will start freezing after I reach a certain part in the game everytime can anyone help me

Depends on what game, what flashcart and what part of the game.

Rune factory - during the intro video everytime
the world ends with you - after i run away from the frogs during the beginning of the game and a cutscene or video comes up after that and freezes after a bit during it
