Is there a ROM that I can put on my DSTT that'll be like a browser so that I can go online with my DSTT+DS?

yeah its called nintendo ds browser. i used to have it. it only works with wifi just so you know. and you need the usb card for it.

no permenant block. it has parental settings you can turn off.. plus it runs slow as anything. not worth it. thats my opinion.
