I find that a bong works best for grass.

no i meant just a grass pokemon... i didnt want to limit it to just grass tho as there are grass/water grass/ground etc

EV's: 44 HP / 252 Attack / 212 Speed (if you can't get 31 IV's in HP, then just go with 4 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed)
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Poison Heal
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb
- Stone Edge

This is more of a "lone wolf" if you're using him by himself. Tosh's set is more of a team player, he needs Stone Edge if he's alone for coverage.
