I also have an R4DS with 3 2gb memory cards.. currently I'm holding about 35 games on 2 cards and then music on another..
If you need good ROM sites let me know I have 1 which is my fav, then some more that aren't that great.

best online = Pokemon (i know its a "childish" game but the Wi-Fi battling is phenomenal) **btw Mario Kart blows on Wi-Fi for DS because you can only race 4 at a time and not many ppl play it
best online fighter = Haven't seen/played any good ones yet
best online puzzle = same
best rpg = Too many to pick a best, a lot of remakes. The new FF Tatics Games are alright for Original games and I hear Rune Factory is really good.
best megaman game = Megaman ZX (tho if youve played the rest the DS ones are a little subpar IMHO)
best stylus game = Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (possibly the best game out for DS, really good game)
best puzzle game = Tons of these too, really depends on what kind of puzzles you like

on a side note all of the Castlevanias are pretty good
