incase u cbf to read or go to the site... it says that u can download games and play them without having you're wii chipped.

torrents to wii games
torrents to vc and wiiware games

and a copy of twilight hack + homebrew channel + softwii mod.

which is all publicly available.

just spend the 10 bucks and get a couple games. Or go download the roms.
also, asfaik you can't run wii dvd burns without modding.
