It depends what game, I'm pretty sure.
If you're playing without the channel but you have the HB channel, then yes.

Okay so your saying that I can have the homebrew channel installed and if I'm just playing regular games on it, it won't detect it and try to ban me or anything?
But there are certain games that don't work if I play them in the homebrew channel? let me know, thnx

You cant be 'banned' from playing burnt games online, also not all games work on line check a compatability list
