Yeah. Probably actually my favourite RPG on *any* console.
Anyway, I would recommend these:
Tales of Symphonia (great real-time battle system, no random battles, great story, some great characters, and lots of sidequests and things to do)
Metroid Prime (amazing graphics, lots of attention to detail, great atmosphere, fun gameplay)
My favourite GC game
Super Smash Bros. Melee (amazing multiplayer to play with friends, you will have many hours of fun with this game)
Zelda Wind Waker (fun, lots to do, and the graphics are surprisingly good despite being cel-shaded, can't really go wrong with this)
Zelda Ocarina of Time / Master Quest (I'm not really sure if you can get this now, I got it when I preordered The Wind Waker)
Resident Evil 4 (fun combat and lots to do)
