which version is the best?

Guitar Hero 4 World Tour is obviously going to be the best as it has the addition of a drumkit and a sick touchpad on the guitars (SWEEPING FTW) but it is very expensive.

If you just want to play the guitar and dont have enough money to buy GHWT id go for Guitar Hero 3.

i dont really mind spending money .

is it worth getting tho? does it get boring fast? i need some opinions of ppl who play and like or or didnt hehe

depends on how experienced you are with the game, and if you have patience

if you have no experience with the game, it's really lots of fun to start out on easy/medium and build your way up to hard and finally expert.
it's a great feeling to be able to master all those sick solo's on expert

i have guitar hero 3 and aerosmith for wii, and gh3 for pc.

also play with my keyboard on my pc occasionally because it's a nice variation imo (but most people think that is boring so i guess i dont recommend it )

I'm not getting WT cuz i have rockband. And im not gonna have 2 drum kits, 6 guitars and 2 mics laying in my living room...

but what about a touchpad for fingertapping? it sounds so sweet and also i hear the drums on WT are so much better than on RB
