I was thinking about geting a DS, but is it really worth getting 1? If so what games should i recommand getting?

yes its a really good gameboy, u only needa get 1 cartridge R4 and ur set,

than download zelda PH, pokemon (it okay), mario kart, super mario DS, new super mario bros, diddy kong racing, final fantasy, metroid prime hunters, and more just go to nintendo.com and look at the games

Exactly, just buy a DS and a R4/M3 and a micro sd card so you can download all the games you want. Its well worth it.

They are SD card size cartridge that uses a micro sd card(Transflash). The micro sd card stores the rom files, and the R4/M3 let you play those roms on the DS.

A nintendo ds is not the best hanheld console. The best is psp, but looking away from gfx and functions, the nintendo ds has sertenly some adventages, like the touch pad, 2 screens, and amazingly games.
my personal favorit is the ds though, and i can reccomend these games:

Mario party ds
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl
Zelda the phantom hourglass
super mario 64
new super mario bros
rayman ds
metroid prime hunters
mario kart ds
