where teh heck to i get it do i need a cable to my comp or is it wireless? i got a ds help?

you can buy a wifi stick thing, plugs into a usb port, then you put in the disk that comes with it, install it, leave the wifi stick in the usb port, and set the ds up to auto identify ip, then you are set for what ever game you are playing

You need either a router or a USB wifi connector. Check here for details

Yeah, you need some form of wireless internet already, or go to best buy and buy a wireless router or a USB wireless adapter. Nintendo sells one for 30-40 bucks I think.
