I am planning to get this game but,
I heard it's a bit hard to control because of no joystick
or is it ok ?

I Mario 64 to death, but I can't get much into the DS version. I can't get used to the controls, myself, and I don't know if I'm being paranoid, but I always feel like my Mario has less friction with the ground. Guy is ALWAYS sliding off surfaces at the least convenient times. Bleh, the mini-games are fun, but when it comes to the game itself, I like it ALOT less than the 64 version.

it is very good game got it too and waste about half of my age of that game.

not as addictive as the 64 version, but the minigames add to the value of the game.

worth getting and you get used to the controls. Rent it if you need to first though if you think you can't handle the controls

It was one of the first ds games i played and it is far the best. If you do not think you can get use to the controls thats no problem because after a couple times of playing the controls are just as easy as the nintendo 64 version. Also you can choose from different characters which makes it way better. And the minigames add a whole new level of exitement to the game itself. For my opion it is good and i recommend you to buy it.

It's really good, I lost mine though.
