When you sign into the Smogon server, click on the File tab and open "new Team"

Do you have your team thingy? It should have 6 Bulbasaurs.
www.smogon.com/dp/tiers/(ou/bl/uu) Pick one of those to insert. All lower case. Then you build a team of 6! try and get a status absorber, a revenge killer, a sweeper or two. And try and make all of your pokemon cover other pokemon on your teams weaknesses. Example: Scizor is 4x weak to fire, use a type that resists fire or Heatran to absorb fire.

i dont know what a sweeper is or anthing :O
