Brackets aren't based upon odds or evens. They're determined on if you can get an even 1v1 with every member up until the finals. An easy way to determine this is you take the number, divide it in half, and keep dividing it in half until it gets to 1. If it can't get to 1 evenly, then it won't be a good bracket. That means a bracket has to be either;

8
16
32
64, and so on.

I'm also able to just hand out Bye's. (3 people would get a free pass to the next round)

well im at my friends house,i mean i know this probably sounds like i just want to be able to play twice but he also plays brawl he could do it to make it 14

You'd have to be willing to organize his matches, PM his opponents and get his friend code. You up for that?

i can handle all that,he has an account for jsp but we would be using the same wii
