Normaly Heracross is already faster then Blissey, Scizor, Metagross, Empoleon
and I took your Salamence out with my Donphan and Gyarafos with 2 CC from Heracross after SR damage
with 252 EVs in speed and a jolly nature I reach 295 speed and with a choice scarf It gets 442.5 Speed and with 2 stages lower I only loose half of it so it brings me back to 221.25
with that amount of speed I already outrun Scizor, Blissey ,Metagross and Empoleon ( cause you went with Modest Nature ) for sure but not your Gyarados or Salamence but it still able to 2hko them after SR damage
AND ... yes that Smeargle strategy is so awesome >.< ... I wanna try it out
.. but I don't think it works vs you cause of bullet punch on metagross
so I can't do Block then encore on Bullet punch its to risky and it will fail for sure XD
