+ power isn't the right stratagy to beat him, you gotta be able to slowly chip his hp down by hitting him, then hitting the clouds that pop out

the problem is his lightning attack does 11 dmg so i'm thinking i need lots of damage reducers which are hard to find

how do they do it exactly, i know needle or w.e but did they have to draw that first or just like print it on ur arm and go over top of it

cause thats a good lookin tatoo, i swear some are butt ugly

they do like, some stick on outline, and then he goes over it with the tattoo gun thingy and then color it in with the gun.
