luigi got buffed (LOL)

some good stuff though but that luigi buff is ridiculous

it's always been that way in smash 4, he's pretty high (often top 5) on most north american/european tier lists, but from what i heard the japanese players seem to think he's not very good for some reason..

probably why he got buffed instead of nerfed
