Yeah, but i put Hammer Arm over Fire Punch vs Steel types, so Empoleon would have to be careful or it would just get 2 hit KO'd

well, it's up to you. Empoleon is weak to fighting but also resists SR which can help for safe switches. And Agility Empoleon is gross D: especially if you get a Petaya berry on there... ugh

well, depends on its moves..

If it's a Sub Version, if it has Grass Knot over Ice Beam, Zapdos/Celebi could deal with it, if it has Ice Beam over Grass Knot Vaporeon could deal with it.

Vaporeon could probably beat a 3-attacking move one aswell, as I don't think it takes an awful lot from Grass Knot anyway, due to it being so light.

Here's what I would make if I were making a team centered around a CurseRegirock sweep.

Hippowdon Lead (not much freedom here, lol.)
MixMence (you were a bit stall weak.)
Physical ScarfRachi (this thing is an awesome revenge killer, and a steel type is very helpful on every team.)
Offensive Celebi (takes out those bulky grounds and Dugtrio that Regirock hates.)
Calm Mind Suicune (can act as a back-up sweeper if Regirock can't sweep, and a bulky water is nice to have.)
Curse Regirock (yeah.)

I thought of using a CM Suicune actually, because I didn't think I had enough offence, and only 1 sweeper wouldn't be a bright idea. Rest-talk one or Offensive one?

For offensive Celebi, you mean Tinkerbell or Specs? I'm not sure on that, but I would think that a Defensive Celebi would manage to beat any Bulky Grounds anyway? due to the base power of Grass Knot.

Rest of the stuff seems ok, I've used a ScarfRachi before and I quite like them, so I'll look into that. Thanks for the help anyway.

Also, incase a Duggy does switch in, I think that Regirock can survive at least one CB EQ, if not alot more if I have a Curse or 2, so I could then just OHKO it with Ice Punch/ Hammer Arm.

I should of just wrote out the movesets with it, I'll do it when I have edited the rest of things however.

I would go for a RestTalk Suicune, probably. Also absorbs status.

Celebi should go with the Tinkerbell EVs, except replace Thunder Wave with HP Fire or something. I think an offensive Celebi would do more for your team, since you really don't benefit from TWave / Leech Seed support, your main goal is to eliminate Regirock's threats.

If Regirock is weakened, then Dugtrio can do around 60% with one. Better safe than sorry.

yeah ok agreed on that

I'll go for a Crocune then

Rest of Recover for Celebi? Switching out basically recovers the status for Celebi anyway, but Rest would allow me to heal fully, switch out, then switch back in on full

Rest, IMO.

Also, a big threat to your team is Toxic Spikes. Without a Lum Berry / poison heal berry on Regirock, a rapid spinner or a poison type, I'd imagine it'd be very hard to set-up if they get 2 layers down.

That's the only gaping weakness I see, though.

Yeah I noticed that, maybe I can get around to dealing with the poke before it setups up, but I would have to work around that one.

Moves for Jirachi? I saw the set on Smogon, and it appears that T-punch is only there to stop Gyarados from walling the entire set and for Water types, but I do have Celebi to kind of get rid of them

replace it with Ice-Punch? or? I don't really have anything to actually revenge-kill a setting up Salamence or a Latias, so..
