I have made a few changes regarding your oppinions.
I have switched Donphan for Swampert since he will be bulky with a Curse boost and then hit hard with Avalanche ( Impish, 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def , Avalanche / Earthquake / Rest / Sleep talk with Leftovers )
and I have switched Tyranitar for Electivire he can switch in on electric attacks directed to Starmie ( Jolly , 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed , Thunderpunch / Icepunch / Earthquake /Cross Chop with Expert Belt )
also I have switched Ninjask for a Breloom ... He's just funny when the other guys gets annoyed ( Adamant, 44 HP / 252 Atk / 212 Speed, Leech Seed / Spore / Substitute / Focus Punch with Toxic Orb )
So heres the strategy I have decided to use to play with these
Aerodactyl - set up stealth rock and try to weaken opponents pokemons
Electivire - physical sweeper and electric attack absorber
Swampert - physical tank and sweeper with Curse boost from Umbreon
Umbreon - mixed tank and curse passer
Breloom - Annoyer

Spore then Focus Punch or Spore then Leech seed then sub-punch
Starmie - special sweeper/revenge killer
ALSO! ... I have a Scarfed Heracross that I use as well ... so they are still popular!
I used it against God_Apostle and took out 3-4 of his pokemons
I'm still not very convinced by the strategy of passing Curse to a Curse stat-upper. I think your better bet, without changing much, is running a Mean Look passing Umbreon set. Trap something that Swampert can set-up on, Taunt it, then pass to Swampert for a free set-up. Here are the switches I suggest:
Swampert @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Defense / 216 Special Defense
Nature: Careful
Ability: Torrent
- Curse
- Waterfall
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
You want Waterfall over Avalanche because it has much better neutral coverage for one move. You need to pump Special Defense because you're already boosting your Defense with Curse, so there's no point in investing in it.
Umbreon @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 92 Special Defense / 164 Speed
Nature: Careful
Ability: Synchronize
- Mean Look
- Baton Pass
- Wish
- Taunt
Use this set to pass trapped Pokemon over to Swampert, so that he can set up and sweep.
Also.. replace your physical Electivire with MixVire.
Electivire @ Expert Belt
EVs: 36 Attack / 252 Special Attack / 220 Speed
Nature: Mild
Ability: Volt Absorb
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Flamethrower
- Cross Chop
I like this set a lot more than the purely-physical one, and there are a few advantages. 1: It's not wrecked by Will-O-Wisp. 2: It's walled by less things. 3: It has more of a surprise element, and 4: It's a better wall-breaker.
Also, I'd like to Scarf your Starmie, so that you can revenge kill a Salamence / Gyarados if they manage to get a DD.
Starmie @ Choice Scarf
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed
Nature: Timid
Ability: Natural Cure
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Trick
Again, it's so you don't get swept by Pokemon that manage to get a +1 or something. Timid lets you beat Timid Scarf Latias and finish off a weakened one with Ice Beam. Trick is great for crippling common Starmie switch-ins, such as Blissey.
