If you have questions about monster weaknesses check out MH3 on Wikipedia. BoBofango has a great section in there that pretty much covers all aspects of the game. If your having trouble with Uragaan try using a water element weapon and bring 10 potions and Mega pots along with some Mega Demondrug. With a mediocre GS I hunted him in 20mins with the help of a pitfall trap and two Large Barrel Bomb+ while he was trapped. Hit and run is the key Tank him=Fail.

my friends (who I regularly play with) is on vacation for 2 weeks (iirc). So I'm kinda bored on MH xD (my TV screen is too small to see what people are saying to me in MH -.-, so we use MSN)

a good water lance is the way to go, or if you can get a jhen hammer that works too.

as for tanking a uragaan, its easy to do. ive got about 400 defense and offline uragaan does almost no damage to me when he hip checks or rolls into me.

ive got sharq attack lance with like 450 water damage but only 230 normal damage this a good weapon for it?
