It might be a DMZ issue, tbh idk very well what that is or how it works, but I know people have been having issues with that and have been unable to play MK7 online, google about it and see if it helps.

dmz allows you to bypass ports iirc
thats what i had to do to get my game to work again, but i had an error message and i couldnt join any game at all, so i dunno
might be that tho
