idk if i am a fan of the charge blade 2h but it seems cool overall

IG looks pretty awesome but everyone says its confusing as fuck and i have no idea what about anything in this game

and i am a bow fanboy, usually like all bow classes in games. but is it good dmg? do people want bow hunters online?

it all depends on how you want to play really
IG probably takes a bit more learning to fully grasp, but it's not really confusing
the game has a thing built in to give you an idea of how weapons are handled too

and btw with charge blade it's designed to be switched around between SnS/Axe modes, with SnS for charging it and axe mode for using the charges or loading them into the shield

I've never used bows too much so I can't give a good opinion there sadly

cb would be the easiest to start with probably

bow is pretty skill dependent (I can't imagine using it without a minimum of focus + marathon runner/stamina recovery+, and skills like peak performance/spread+ vastly improve its dps)... also bows lacking power shot/coatings are pretty underwhelming

ig shines more late game when you max out the kinsect with speed/effect extender; as a starter weapon you will have to deal with slow casting speed and will be pressured more to keep buffs up, but it is still pretty solid

cb is fairly balanced right from the beginning and doesn't really evolve a whole lot, it just gets better as skills such as artillery, guard, sharp+1 etc. become available... learning to effectively use guard points and general combo execution is what you really need to be concerned with early on
