I'm not jumping into anything.
I still do not have an answer.. I'm just guessing.

I also said it WOULD be disappointing IF it happened.
That's just a personal opinion cause I loved going through the game just waiting to see what was next and who to work with. ^_^

Not saying the game would be bad without it.. or make it any less fun.
I would just hate to see it leave that's all.

i wish it was a remake of n64 version =/

Well, why would he have a strap to begin with?
The kokiro (however it's spelled) are peaceful children that live in a forest guarded by a ancient tree.
It would only make sense he aquires the sword strap after he gets the sword. (I dunno if he has it before then or not)
But all that aside, it is just the ssbm model from what I can tell.

he never has a strap for his sword in the n64 version (as a child at least)

I'm saying does he have one in the 3ds BEFORE getting the sword.
Cause that wouldn't make sense to me if he has it before the sword.
I know he doesn't in the 64 vers.

well he isnt really a kokiri, and since he was raised by the deku tree who known about his fate (seemingly) he may aswell have something to attach his futur sword on

anyway it really not important

edit: he has it from the beginning in the 3ds version

He isn't but he was raised by Saria and the tree I thought? *shrug*
So I'd imagine he'd be raised like the rest were.
Just saying it would make more sense to get it after the sword.

Obviously it makes more sense he gets it after, but the argument could be said he has the strap because his fate is known.

Who cares, the game looks fantastic folks

A floating sword would be awesome though.
