Don't forget how much nintendo was promising with the Wii and failed to deliver...i mean it's a fine system..but they were advertising something epic, the controls worked really well in demo's on e3 and such, but they ended up giving us stupid gimmicky movements that we had to do(shake controller left and right to run away from a boulder in re4?, didn't include the use of the controller as a bow as they had advertised for zelda, and pretty much just made it an aiming device rather than an actual good motion controller)

I like nintendo but i will never purchase a product of theirs again before i try it.

also when they first demo'd the wii for the first time @ E3 2005 i think? there was that demo with drums, and the ppl demoing it werent even playing for teh realz..

Yea almost everything is prerecorded at E3.
Kinect demos were, playstation move demos likely were.

they just have actors recreate what is happening in the video..
