Only scrub tournaments allow items.

I'm not saying that items are NEEDED to fight...Read more carefully, i know it's a challenge for you.

If i were to choose items or not, in a competetive match; i would choose items, agreeing with my oponent of which ones would be turned off. Do i think some items are unfair/dumb? Yes..am i going to complain about them if i lose? No. Get over it, you're complaining about losing in a game, it's extremely pathetic.

If you dont like items, fine, turn them off.

In the end (getting on topic)

Brawl is still better. Since there IS the option on turning items off that one may seem to think are unfair/dumb, than items really cannot be in the debate in which determines which game is better.

More characters
More stages ( ------ Yes there are annoying stages in brawl, but get over it, it's part of the game... ADAPT_
The ability to create stages (Although they could have added more to it)
The Adventure Mode

There should only be three stages in Brawl:

Final Destination
Battlefield
Smashville


And in Melee:

Well, just Final Destination ofc .

Brawl's Yoshi's Island is considered neutral also. ;X

i dont like brawl mainly because i overplayed mele making brawl just seem boring quick, and the characters in brawl are way slower making the game slower... not to mention the online is shit they so made it for little kids, like you cant send messages over pub online, you can only do 4 player free for all 2 min brawls, if someone leaves is a computer, and it takes way to long to find a match.
