I would give out to 1st 2nd and 3rd depending on the number of people
first would et the most followed by 2nd then 3rd.
e/ say that 12 people join (if possible of course) and each pays 10fg
1st place would get 55fg
2nd place gets 40fg
and 3rd would get: 25fg

think this sounds fair?

maybe might wanan give more for first though
