my net allows xbox live, wii online, ipad pc games, nothing has ever been blocked until apparently now?

went to the new error code as listed above

tried dmz and uptp or w.e methods
also turned firewall off then bak on duh
now I wanna open my ports or forward then or w.e
how do I find this option

got 1 game then it stopd working

If youre lagging every game its on your side, i get some lag sometime (like 1/10 games) else its really smooth

Also dont play vs foreign players
