nintendo themselves can only confirm a few Sandisk SD cards (mainly because that is most likely the only ones they tested though so others can work) you should be able to find the specific ones fairly easily if you look around

i rlly need an answer right now. i cant find the info on the internet.

N3DS is still new so most people probably stuck with what nintendo recommended so few if any will know if anything else is compatible or not

rule of thumb, all micro sdhc cards will work on the new 3ds


brand doesn't really have an impact on that. And Yes I do believe that a lot of people use micro sdhc cards with an adaptor on the 3ds XL and it works fine

I bought 2 new micro SD cards that can with an adapter. I used the adapter on my old XL until we got the N3DS.
