Wife wanted her own in the bedroom lol) so im probably going to get 2 copies unless my buddy gets a copy. and ima have 8 player (4 people teams) play it out, going to be legendary!!!!

the 8 players will apparently be couch multiplayer only, not online
and Mewtwo is if you have both 3ds and Wii U copies

they only said mewtwo was free if you have both copies, it'll most likely be possible to buy him as paid dlc

you cant play 8 people on one tv you can only play up to 5 because of the game pad. you will be able to play 2 consoles same house using lan multiplayer. you don't need online.
it will be like the 3ds playing playing in the same household

You can have more than 4 wireless controllers though

and the adaptors for gc controllers take 2 usb slots, so you can have 2 adaptors on at the same time, meaning 8 controllers total

I just played it last night and it more responsive then brawl and obviously the original

more competitive maybe, but smash 4 has a better roster and online functionalities and is decent for competition
