are you playing 4th or 5th gen? if its 5th run politoad for drizzle instead of lanturn and dont run self destruct on snorlax if its 5th gen

That Kingdra set is pretty awful tbh. You could atleast replace surf with waterfall because it gets boosted by dragon dance, also has flinch which is really good.

Poison Jab should be replaced by a fighting move on Toxicroak, I guess brick break unless it can get something better. Poison doesn't really hit super effective against anything.

If you want to drop snorlax, I remember Breloom being really powerful in 4th gen, this was the typical set:

Breloom@toxic orb
Poison heal ability

Spore
Seed Bomb
Substitute
Focus Punch

It might not be a great fit on your team though, I'm sure there is something that fits better but this thing was really overpowered. Good luck
