if the game are still being made its not right you to pirate them
but if its and old system they don't make games for then by all means go ahead

but yet when you go to a game store that still hold onto old games of course there not gona be able to sell them cuz hey you can just get an emulator and its alright according to you.

the only reason im not gona waste 80 dollers on these games is that i bought hg and ss played them for about a month an was done with them now they just sit there an honestly black and white aren't even that great from what i have played most of the pokemon look like shit and look like old pokemon in so many ways then there's the few that are original


oh yea we could be like more then 3/4 of the poeple getting the game to make a back up copy to are cards and sell the original to people on here for fg or bring them back to the store for are money back lol

yes that is exactly my logic, cuz even if u buy a snes game, no money is going to the company who made it, but when u pirate a recent game, its pretty much stealing the game

oh and im not talkin about store selling game, game makers are actually against reselling game, annnnd, u seem upset?

store that are reselling shouldnt even be allowed to resell game, they buy em @ 5$ each and then sell em @ 10$ less than the actual price

also, emulating new and old game isnt the same

new game are still being made, thus they cost money to produce

old game arent produced anymore, they have been bought once, then resold, then maybe even rebought and resold again etc

so if i want to play lets say, earthbound, but i cant find it in store, i should give up on playing the game?

i Have red,blue,yellow,card game,pinball,gold,silver,puzzle.dimond,hg,ss guess what the only 3 that are completely diff are pin ball, card game and puzzle other then that the main games are all the same collect badges fight elite four and repeat all the did was change around the zones add a few items and added new pokemon so why they hell would you pay for the same almost the same old shit again and again.

lets compare what im doing and what youre doing:


i emule old game that arent being produced anymore and that you have to find in used game story or on eebay to buy them (money has already been distributed to the game making company)

you emule new game that are still on the shelf, still being produced (no money has been distributed to the game making company)

now how should i be playing older game if i couldnt emulate? yeah theres no reliable way to do so

on the other hand, you could simply buy the game

also, its not about being a collector lol, its about being a responsible person, and buying stuff ppl put effort into making

My argument

You think its alright to pirate old games because you have to buy them from a reseller which is why when you go to a pawn shop or a game store that sells reused games you see an abundance of them because they cant sell them because why people pirate them instead of buying them.

You don't think its alright to emulate new games because the company that made them is losing money. Guess what they made there money when they sold them to the resellers Ebgames,wallmart etc they are all resellers they buy from the manufacturer or another store that sell them for cheaper.

You think being a responsible consumer is to buy the new but pirate the old which brings me back to pawn shops and used game stores your not being at all responsible if you are pirating anything because there is always a place you can buy the game you want just because its going to cost you a bit because its now a rare game to find doesn't mean you are right by pirating it.
