My suggestions of top of the cranium:

StarFox64 - Godleh... Period.
Boxing games: awesome on the 64.
Perfect DArk is awesome too.
All the 007 games are fun.
Not much of a Zelda guy myself, but they are good timepassers.
Quake. GG.
Megaman. Can't beat it lol...

Lego racers was so fun.
Jetforce Gemeni and Chameleon Twist were like, the only games you said, that haven't been said..
