like i said it's mostly a matter of taste
dslite had backward compatibility with the last gen and so does the 3ds
the eshop has a bunch of great titles for a variety of different gamers, maybe you only found 3-4 that you liked but there's definitely a bunch of quality content (pushmo/crashmo, sakura samurai, dillon's rolling western, ketzal's corridor (and those are only first party games i think
then with retail games there's a ton of games IMO, i played 150 hours of mario kart so for me it clearly wasnt a dissapointment, RE:revelation was awesome, kid icarus is a quality title too (altough i didnt enjoy this one), kingdom hearts, heroes of ruin
edit: i understand why one could dislike his 3ds and find it "weak" but dont say it like its a fact because it's not
hm maybe the 3ds eshop has great titles, but it also has a metric ton of shovel ware (pretty much every dsi games) and barely any good virtual console games
they should rearrange the eshop imo, make it more user friendly, right now it just feels too claustrophobic and disorganized
making better use of the top screen would be the right step to take and making it more efficient with less fluff
and dont say heroes of ruin was a decent game, it was horrible
kid icarus was ok but controls were a pain
forgot about mk7 and re
i guess im just bitter for the fact that paper mario was worse than super paper mario and am now scared about other franchises
/e: but the fact that im playing my ds way more than my 3ds kinda pisses me off, since i paid 250$ for something im still not enjoying to its fullest and leaves me disapointed yet again
